working principle:
The product from the soft packer enters the packing waiting area directly. The carton comes out of the unpacking machine and flows into the packing waiting area. The vacuum sucker is used to suck 4 pieces at a time, and the stepping motor feeds the material. The action loops 4 times. After putting it in 4 layers, Then use a vacuum suction cup to suck up one piece of cardboard at a time. After rotating 90 degrees, the pneumatic finger cylinder clamps the cardboard and moves it horizontally, and finally inserts it into the carton, and enters the next one to wait for the tip to be placed. After the tip is placed, the fifth layer is placed, and the certificate is placed. Packing is complete.
